But it's a MANAGEMENT MARVEL, where the whole Program is Decentralized in terms of Working yet its all so well connected, that a single push on one Departments makes the whole Process move.

As a Sadhak the whole management and efficiency marvel of online Geeta classes always bewildered me.

How are they always able to start the classes on time ???
why the classes are never skipped??
how are they able to share the Shloka and the PDF so efficiently???

I was itching to know all.

I found all the faculties were volunteers, SO I waited eagerly for the MUCH HYPED “AAO GEETA SEVI BANE” Program. Another magical thought and managemental wizardry, where through a series of well-planned presentations all Major departments are showcased, like a bewitched child I was agape with excitement and nervous both at the same time.

When as a volunteer I joined the Sewi Team, I came to know about the whole efficient system. How, immediately with the start of a batch, the technical training sessions that is the TTG starts simultaneously the training sessions of the group coordinator start as well as the training sessions of trainers, I was amazed and bewildered at the whole system of volunteers teaching or training new volunteers for Seva, it just seemed like the replica of the Vedic system which we followed where in gurus taught their disciples and the disciples became gurus to their disciples and so on.

Efficient Management: The Mirror of Self

Success of any Organization Starts with the Management, its Policies and the handling of Human resources, thus in a Program as Vast and as Pious as LearnGeeta ,where Volunteers

were handling all the affairs, A conscious effort was made to keep it away from being Corporatised, absence of any donation link or request form on the main website is one such example.

The policies are designed in such a way that TRANSFORMATIONS have to happen,

The daily audios, the Solo Videos, all are so well planned that your device then is self-habituated to play only these, nothing else,

The first transformation, in my case, happened here when my device now had only these shlokas, all other apps like Insta, twitter, Facebook all were uninstalled…THE SYSTEM REBOOTING HAD BEGUN.
